JOB DETAILS: Shift 1st/Day Shift Location On-Site Schedule Standard work schedule to be provided by leader. Salary Range $20.05- $23.30 Per Hour JOB SUMMARY: Expedite Caterpillar Morton backorder parts. Review and release backorders as needed working closely with Inventory control. Support Service department as needed. Help maintain daily backorder report. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Expedite assigned Morton back orders. - Avoid customer service delays. - Handle all orders within required deadlines and cut-off times. - Manage Parts Kits and Shop HUC areas in support of the warehouse and service departments. - Works safely at all times. Adheres to all applicable safety policies. Complies with all company policies, procedures and standards. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review and adjust backorders. - Follow-up on items not received from CAT depots. - Handle customer billing of special handle orders. - Work with warranty claims office to submit claims. - Maintain daily activity log on all calls and e-mail communications. - Prepare assigned reports as required. - Works within and promotes corporate values.
