General Job Description: Directly reporting to the Director, Human Resources or Senior Human Resources Manager, this position is responsible for providing HR support services to HR Managers including but not limited to talent acquisition, on-boarding, compensation/benefits, employee relations, talent/performance management, learning and development and regulatory compliance initiatives and efforts for the organization (for assigned offices). To be successful in this role, the incumbent must act with professionalism, integrity, discretion, urgency and be responsive to client needs. This role provides support to assigned HR Managers across locations. Supervises: None: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, aptitude exams and certifications, etc. disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. and employment law.
