Job Title Mac Manager Job Description Summary The role of the MAC Manager is to assist with the implementation of relocations, logistic moves, furniture reconfigurations, and IT systems for moves of people, daily/weekly additions of the client team, or changes to the configuration of a client (name change, deletion, termination, etc) . This role supports our Global MAC Manager SME who is overseeing the management of our Global MAC Projects. This role will have a main focus on NOAM Mac Support and coordination with our Occupancy Planners. This role is highly interactive with the client site population and vendors. A strong customer service focus and desire to provide direct assistance to the client population is required.
