The mitigation technician will be primarily responsible for water extraction and for the cleanup/demolition phase of residential homes or commercial businesses that have experienced water, fire, mold or other damage. - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Opportunity for advancement - Paid time off - Training & development - Vision insurance MITIGATION TECHNICIAN - JOB REQUIREMENTS: · Understand the operation of drying & restoration equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, HEPA filtered equipment, and other remediation equipment· Perform water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire damage mitigation according to IICRC guidelines· Have basic construction knowledge and be familiar with using basic hand tools and hand held power tools· Basic labor tasks, such as demolition and removal of debris· Must have valid drivers license, good driving record, and ability to drive vans and large cube trucks· Reliable transportation to and from our office· Must pass background check and/or drug test· General work hours from 8am to 5pm, nights & weekends as re...
