Job Description: About the role: You will take a leading role in shaping and scaling the People & Culture function at Redcare Pharmacy across areas such as Change Management, Talent & Performance, Leadership Development; and Learning. Operating in a matrix organization, you will report into the HR Director and you will work closely with your HR counterparts; Managing Board and senior business stakeholders. As you build and develop your team over time, you will establish the frameworks and interventions needed to drive sustainable transformation.
