Operations Manager - Hospital-Based COE Admin - ( 260000MT ) Description The Operations Manager will participate to plan, implement, manage and evaluate division/service activities for Children's National Medical Center in accordance with accepted national standards and administrative policies. Qualifications Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) Or Relevant experience beyond the minimum required work experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a 1-to-1 ratio ( i.e. one year of relevant work experience equals one year of required education) Master's Degree (Preferred) Minimum Work Experience: 5 years Related and progressive experience (Required) 3 years Program/operations functional management or management/supervisory experience (Required) 3 years Experience in writing/ communications, healthcare administration and non-profit management (Preferred) Required Skills/Knowledge: Familiarity and experience with electronic database research tools, including use of the Internet.
