Overview Eligible for Sign On Retention Bonus $5000 and Shift Differential. When appropriate, our standard differentials are 10% for the evening shift, 20% for the night shift, and 15% for weekends. Supervises key areas of cleaning, decontamination, instrument assembly, sterilization, and case cart assembly. Responsibilities: - Ensures the effective day-to-day operations of the Central Sterile Reprocessing (CSR) department, making staffing and work load adjustments. - Converts strategic objectives into tactical operations, work systems, and processes which deliver value to customers - Creates clear responsibilities for assigned team members. - Manages and develops assigned staff through human resource planning, hiring, training, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and performance management. - Documents, stabilizes, and controls all core operating processes required to effectively manage assigned team members. Collaborates with internal customer teams to ensure core processes meet their needs. - Improves all core operating processes to deliver required value to all customers while reducing waste and lowering cost.
