Description Summary : Responsible for maximizing the profitability of their store by supervising and coordinating activities of the pawn, sales, and web sales team members in their specific location. Duties may include management functions and personnel-related tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Supervision: Direct and supervise all Team Members, ensuring they are effectively managing their responsibilities and contributing to the success of the team 2. Personnel Management: a. Oversee all Team Members in key personnel functions including hiring, training, assigning duties, evaluating performance, promoting , coaching, and terminating employment when necessary b. Support Head Coach for managing the hiring, training, assigning duties, coaching and evaluating Team Members to maintain high performance and alignment with organization goals3.
