Description: The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring safety by enforcing pool rules and procedures. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Ensures safety by enforcing pool rules and procedures - Perform water rescues and administer basic first aid as needed - Carries out emergency operating procedures and notifies proper authorities - Assists with general maintenance and cleaning of pool area and equipment - Current full-time student at Ursinus College - American Red Cross Certification in CPR - Life Guard Certification - Reliable and Punctual Other Duties: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the individual(s) assigned to this position.
