Park Nicollet is looking to hire an HR Operations Intern to join our Human Resources team! Position Summary: The HR Intern role will support the HR team by helping standardize HR processes and systems across multiple employers. Key work includes digitizing employee records, assisting with HR data and process cleanup, and supporting compliance documentation activities. The intern will partner with HR Service Center leaders to complete high-volume administrative work with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Qualifications include coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience); strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work accurately; professionalism handling confidential information; comfort learning new systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); and clear communication, organization, and reliability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
