Supervisor Production Injectables (2nd Shift)

Job description

Core Hours: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm - Training Hours May Vary Purpose and Scope: The Injectable Production Supervisor coordinates and supervises shift production activities and related staffing, scheduling and planning in manufacturing, while ensuring that products are made with quality for our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrates a high degree of honesty, initiative, integrity, drive, reliability and trustworthiness. - Actively models and fosters a positive, respectful, and harassment-free work environment for all employees. - Actively supervises and manages the performance of hourly manufacturing employees in the injectable manufacturing group. - Conducts interviews and makes hiring decisions on hourly employees. - Ensures open and transparent communication to the hourly employees about company priorities, policies and general company announcements. - Identifies, proposes and sees through process improvements and optimizations of injectable manufacturing processes. - Conducts employee performance evaluations - Reviews and approves direct report timesheets. - Communicates and sets daily production priorities with Process Leads and hourly employees. - The Manufac...
