Job Description: The individual will act as Team Supervisor overseeing the work of field work crews on projects. The individual will assume day-to-day responsibility for ensuring a smooth-running operation as well as act as “point-of-contact” with client personnel. It will be expected that their knowledge of field operations will be used to aid in the development of quotes and work plans, as well as Job Hazard Assessments. - Manage day-to-day operations for the field team(s) to ensure deliverables are met; delegate responsibilities and activities as required. - Provide feedback to team members in regard to safe job performance through workplace Behavior-Based Safety observations - Act as point of contact between Operations and Staff regarding day-to-day activities. - Participate in the Operations Shift Change Meeting (6:00 – 7:00 / 18:00 – 19:00) as required. - Proactive...
