Job description

1. Report clinic(s) financials to physician, CEO, CFO monthly. 2. Calculate bonuses and processes for payment timely and accurately. 3. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Mission, Beliefs/Values, and AIDET customer service model. 4. Promotion of excellent patient satisfaction to the patients and office staff. 5. Reporting financials. 6. Responsible for maintaining contracts and contract renewals. 7. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures while ensuring the policies for the practices up to industry, government, and regulatory agencies standards and regulations. 8. Responsible for hiring, training, developing, and evaluating employee performance. 9. Provides supervision and direction for all practice staff. Responsible for planning, assigning, and directing work flow. Serves as a resource for decision making and problem solving, and as a liaison between physicians, management, and other departments. 10.
