HVAC Field Supervisor

Job description

We're seeking an HVAC Supervisor to oversee controls installations for one of our client's commercial mechanical projects. Our client is a respected contractor with a strong project pipeline across institutional, mission critical, industrial and large commercial work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage daily field operations across multiple active jobsites including manpower, schedule, and quality Coordinate with general contractors, mechanical trades, and engineering teams on installation sequencing Submit and track RFIs, permitting documentation, and submittal packages through project lifecycle Lead startup, point-to-point checkout, and commissioning activities with project engineers Mentor field technicians and enforce safety, workmanship, and documentation standards on site QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of hands-on experience with HVAC controls and DDC systems Prior supervisory experience leading field crews on commercial construction projects Working knowledge of Automated Logic or comparable building automation platforms AutoCAD proficiency for redlines, as-builts, and shop drawing review Experience reading mechanical, electrical, and control drawings Strong understanding of constructio...
