Position Overview: Technip Energies is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Supervisor to oversee and promote HSE standards on the Net Zero Teesside Power Project. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible working environment across all project activities. This person will need to have previous experience working as an HSE Supervisor within ME&I discipline. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with project requirements and regulatory compliance. - Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. - Promote a strong safety culture among all project personnel through training, toolbox talks, and engagement initiatives. - Investigate incidents, near-misses, and safety concerns, ensuring thorough reporting and follow-up to prevent recurrence. - Coordinate with project Client, and principal contractor to ensure HSE compliance and best practices are maintained. - Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with recommen...
