We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef to join Harrods’ passionate and high-performing dining team within our iconic Knightsbridge store. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills within a globally recognised luxury brand, supporting the delivery of exceptional dining experiences where craftsmanship, consistency and attention to detail are evident in every dish. About the Role: As the Commis Chef in our restaurants, you’ll be at the heart of the action, preparing and organising ingredients, and keeping the kitchen clean. Reporting into the Chef de Partie, you’ll be a key member of the team, whose role is integral to the smooth operation and delivery of the Kitchen operations. You’ll be responsible for the organisation, stock rotation and labelling of food stored ensuring that all administration for own section is completed and complies with the deadlines set.
