With the AMLR taking effect in July 2027, our customer identification processes will need to be adapted to meet the new regulatory requirements. About us: At Onboarding we are responsible for the onboarding of more than 300.000 new ING customers each year. With 3 multi-disciplined squads we welcome all retail customers and manage both mobile onboarding as well as onboarding via our assisted channels and provide onboarding capabilities to other domains such as Mortgages and Business Banking. We continuously explore, release, and test new features to provide secure processes that delight our customers. We do this in constant dialogue with our colleagues at Product fulfilment, KYC, Digital & Customer Interactions, Fraud & Cybersecurity and Customer Data.
