JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet guests; seat them in the restaurant according to the rotation schedule Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials Keep the work area neat and clean Handle/solve guests’ concerns and delight them with outstanding service Build relationships with guests: Abide by appearance standards: Exhibit sound decision-making with an emphasis on motivating the team and maintaining high morale Be a participative member of the team by volunteering and being involved with projects, committees, and task forces, by providing input and suggestions Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner Endorse the business objec...
