Job Title: Manufacturing Operator Job Description: THE ROLE: Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our team. The injection molding machine operator produces a variety of high-quality plastic components from resin pellets that are utilized by both internal and external customers. In this role you will perform a variety of tasks including monitoring and inspecting presses as well as performing second operations such as clipping, gating, or sorting by following Standard Operating Procedures and high-quality standards. HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE DAY SHIFT MONDAY-FRIDAY: WHAT YOU’LL DO: Uses different fixtures to verify that the dimensions of the molded parts are in accordance with quality and work order requirements. Performs different operations on molded products using a variety of cutting tools and techniques and by closely following standard operating procedures. Safely removes molded parts from the machine conveyor belt or robotic arm by using appropriate protective gear and handling tools.
