Position Overview: The Director of Communications and Connections will equip Rome Alliance Church to operate effectively and remain mission-focused through clear and strategic communication, administrative support, and Sunday morning coordination. This person oversees church-wide communication, guest follow-up and connection systems, Sunday service logistics, digital platforms, facility management, and more. This is both a relational and administrative position.
