You’ll respond to inquiries from claimants and employers, uncover details needed to resolve issues, and help ensure timely and accurate benefit determinations. You’ll also handle essential administrative tasks that keep the unit organized and efficient, manage secure records, and support compliance in the FTI Offset Program.
