Job Details ChristianaCare is looking for a Physician Assistant to join our innovative year-long post-graduate training program in Neonatology. The Neonatal PA Fellowship Program is a twelve-month intensive training program for Physician Assistants that provides mentoring, diverse clinical experience in our level II and III NICUs, and a customized didactic education in newborn medicine through case study, small-group discussion, simulation, and participation in department-wide lectures. This fellowship program is both supportive and challenging as the Neonatal PA Fellow will manage infants with a variety of complex diagnoses under the direct guidance and supervision of a neonatologist and experienced neonatal advanced practice provider. The program is perfect for an PA who is looking to develop into the role of a Neonatal PA in a structured environment with a Fellowship Coordinator providing guidance throughout the program.
