Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer (Mobile) 📍 London / South East (Mobile Role) 🏢 Pareto FM – Specialist Services Team 💰 £45,000 – £50,000 DOE + Package Pareto FM are looking for an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing Specialist Services team. This is a mobile engineering role covering a variety of commercial, office, luxury residential, and retail properties across London and the South East. You’ll be responsible for delivering servicing, reactive maintenance, fault finding, and small project works across a busy and varied portfolio. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working within a supportive specialist team environment. The Role: You’ll carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance, reactive call-outs, quoted works, and small installations across a range of commercial air conditioning systems. This is a hands-on role with a strong pipeline of work, requiring someone who can work independently, communicate professionally with clients, and maintain high engineering standards at all times.
