State Testing & Compliance Specialist

Summary: The State Testing & Compliance Specialist reports directly to the Manager of Academic Operations and serves as a key partner to the Curriculum Team in supporting NHA’s organization-wide testing initiatives. This role leads the coordination and execution of NWEA MAP and state assessment programs across all schools, provides training and guidance to school-based coordinators, ensures compliance with testing requirements, and supports cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence and student achievement.
