PRN Inpatient Physiatrist to Cover Call and Vacation for Rehab Units Inpatient Rehabilitation Medicine: Lebanon & Ephrata, Pennsylvania: WellSpan Health is seeking an experienced Physiatrist to provide PRN coverage for established Inpatient Rehabilitation Units in Lebanon and Ephrata, PA. This opportunity is ideal for a physician seeking flexible, meaningful clinical work with predictable scheduling. Position Highlights: Coverage Need: - One weekend per month call coverage for both units. Primarily home call with in-person care as needed - Approximately 12 weeks per year. Weekday coverage for vacations/scheduled time off. 6 weeks in Lebanon and 6 weeks in Ephrata (Lancaster County) Weekend Call Coverage: 14-bed unit | Average census 10–11 patients 8-bed unit | Average census 5–6 patients - Weekend Call coverage every 4th weekend: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM - Provide call coverage for inpatient rehab units at: - WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital offsite Rehab Unit (Lebanon): WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital (Lancaster County): - Perform admissions as needed - Brief daily nursing call to review charts, labs, vitals - No routine rounding on weekends unless clinically indicated...
