Job Description Maintain labor efficiency at 100% per shift. 2. Oversee the duties of Production Tech’s and operators per shift. 3. Disseminate daily job assignments per their shift. 4. Ensure proper documentation and accounting of all inventory transactions per their shift. 5. Coordinate and direct all training for production personal per their shift. 6. Maintain a professional, motivated, safe, and positive working environment among department personnel per shift. 7. Maintain the department in a clean and orderly manner per shift. 8. Record production results in the WebEFF system per shift. 9. Notify Maintenance if a machine failure occurs per their shift. 10. Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and department of health requirements per their shift. Including the coordination of resin spill cleanup and disposal. Qualifications and Experience: 1. High school diploma / GED Equivalent 2. Advanced knowledge of plastic processing equipment and ability to troubleshoot related processes. 3.
