Position Summar y: Th e Fulfillment Technician performs various fulfillment activities in the pharmacy . This role is responsible for accurately assembling and preparing orders for shipment . Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Assemble and package prescription orders; prepare for shipment Organize daily delivery orders and place in the appropriate work areas Monitor work area to ensure adequate supplies; restock as needed Verify prescription order packages are accounted for Record shipping data and complete reports Perform quality assurance check on packaged orders to ensure accuracy Provide support to fulfillment department including pulling and rotating stock in fulfillment area Cross train in other areas to be able to assist other departments as needed Other duties as assigned: Required Skills /Abilities: Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and data in accordance with policies A knowledgeable individual with appropriate industry experience, preferably in healthcare or mail order/specialty pharmacy Effective verbal and written communication skills A decisive individual who possesses a detail-oriented perspective Ability to work with peers in a team effort A well-or...
