About the Role: We’re looking for a Recruiting Operations Lead who doesn’t just keep the trains running — they rebuild the tracks. This person owns the systems, processes, and infrastructure that make our hiring engine work. They’re part strategist, part project manager, part candidate experience owner, and fully committed to making recruiting feel seamless from the inside out. This isn’t a “set it and forget it” role. You’ll be hands-on — building workflows in Ashby, coordinating interviews, greeting candidates, and driving projects from idea to execution with zero hand-holding. You bring intensity, ownership, and a bias for action.
