The role: As Site Manager in Galatz, you are responsible for the full execution of naval shipbuilding projects at the yard. You lead the site team and ensure vessels are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. You take ownership of daily operations and translate project objectives into a structured and controlled production environment. This role is based in Galatz and follows a 3-weeks-on / 1-week-off rotation schedule. Operating in an international, multi-site environment, you align planning, resources, and stakeholders to keep complex production processes on track.
