Job Overview The Warehouse Supervisor would oversee warehouse coordinators within our secondary warehouse. This role would be responsible for ensuring smooth operations for inbound and outbound captive body product s for stock and transfer to our primary warehouse . Additionally, the role would support inventory accuracy , set shift priorities , and collaborate across departments . Responsibilities and Duties Operational Excellence: - T raining and mentoring staff while fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement. - Oversee order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, shipping functions, and audits to ensure customer satisfaction. - Communicate barriers in shipping process to management to bring awareness to process improvement opportunities . - Implement best practices and identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
