FLEX Manager, Reporting and Analysis

Job description

This is a temporary position. The Manager, Reporting and Analysis supports the US & Canada Commercial Analytics organization by maintaining and delivering standardized reporting used across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management. This role is primarily focused on the day‑to‑day execution, upkeep, and reliability of core reporting assets, ensuring data is refreshed accurately, validated consistently, and delivered on schedule. The Manager supports data‑driven decision making by monitoring reported results, identifying notable trends or variances, and escalating questions or issues to more senior analytics team members as appropriate. The role partners closely with analytics peers and provides supporting analytical input to commercial stakeholders. Reporting and analysis rely on SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python, with technical skills developed through formal education, training programs, or hands‑on learning supported by the team.
