Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Position Purpose: The Clinic Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides essential support to physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff by performing delegated clinical and administrative tasks that facilitate patient care and clinic operations. Under direct supervision, the PCT assists with rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, collecting basic health data, performing point-of-care testing, and supporting minor procedures. Additionally, the PCT contributes to a safe and organized environment by maintaining exam rooms, managing supplies, and ensuring proper documentation within the electronic health record. This role is integral to enhancing patient flow, experience, and quality of care in alignment with the clinic’s mission, values, and standards of excellence. What you will do: Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.
