Overview Darkblade Systems, a CIS Secure company, has an opportunity for a Financial Systems Analyst II - Program supporting a new program located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Responsibilities: - Technical program management - Program budgeting - Program scheduling - Trade-off analysis - Lifecycle costing - Risk management - Supportability - Test & Evaluation - Requirements development TRAVEL: - This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday. - Limited or minimal travel expected. CLEARANCE: EDUCATION: - Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required. - Potential to upgrade Secret clearance. - Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Presentation and briefing skills - Minimum of 3 years experience managing government technical acquisition programs, or military experience E4 and up.
