Overview Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate Location: Town & Country (moving 2026 to Christian Northeast) Schedule: Full-Time Night 7p-7a - every other weekend in rotation Compensation starting: $40.12 / hour Competitive shift differentials for nights $5 and weekends $3.50 Sign-on bonus: $15,000 No commitment: Select Specialty Hospital, Town & Country is a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery.
