They oversee the delivery of major strategies, such as upgrading technology, improving case management and regulatory efficiency, and addressing internal cultural issues. Your role and impact: As Programme Manager, you'll take ownership of a significant change programme from conception through to successful delivery and embedded operation. You'll be the key catalyst behind transformational initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to deliver policy, people, process and system changes that directly impact our regulatory effectiveness.
