Description Summary: The Product Group Manager develops and implements the strategic direction, which integrates with corporate strategy, for a product group or geographic region. Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for owning and executing product initiatives across SMB and Enterprise payment solutions within Huntington’s Merchant Services portfolio - Partners closely with the Product Director to translate strategy into delivery, ensuring payment products are intuitive for small businesses while scalable and configurable for enterprise clients. - Balance customer experience, operational excellence, risk awareness, and commercial outcomes , working cross‑functionally to deliver compliant, reliable, and growth-oriented payment capabilities - Formulates and implements marketing and communications programs to promote products and services to customers and to support bank officers. - Identifies and sets priorities for product development/modifications, pricing and product positioning to encourage client adoption while maintaining profitability - Maintains contact with clients, sales professionals, marketing areas, product managers and other bank personnel. - Manages product grou...
