Job Summary: Performs various welding operations on a variety of parts or products. - Specific responsibilities (daily / short-term / long-term goals): Principle Accountabilities: Specialized Job Responsibilities may be required for certain positions. These could include one or more of the following duties: - Set up, adjust and operate machines. Selects electrodes and regulates current settings, time and pressure. - Perform preliminary assembly of parts to be welded. - Spot weld on variety of parts and products. - Clean and inspect with weld joints. - Handle and position work with or without the use of fixtures. - Follow prescribed procedures to obtain proper fusion, strength and finish...
