Minimum qualifications: - 3 years of experience with administration in a high-tech or international environment with working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc). - Experience with leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to automate tasks and administrative workflows and optimize project management. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with leading and managing operational programs (e.g., annual planning cycles or events). - Experience with commercial and technical aspects of Cloud Computing and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. - Experience with leveraging advanced AI tools (e.g., Gemini) for executive support and automated workflow design. - Ability to support executive in a global, technical, or AI-focused organization. - Ability to provide counsel, manage ambiguity, and maintain composure under engaging priorities. - Excellent financial acumen related to purchase orders, vendor agreements, and quarterly budgeting.
