The Senior Application Analyst - Workday serves as a subject ‑ matter expert responsible for the design, configuration, integration, security, and ongoing support of the Workday platform. This role requires deep Workday integration experience alongside broad functional understanding of HCM, Financial Management, and Security. The analyst partners closely with business, HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure a secure, scalable, and highly available Workday environment that aligns with organizational strategy and regulatory standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the stability, security, and scalability of Workday, directly impacting employee experience, financial integrity, and operational efficiency.
