Your role: - Serve as SME and primary escalation point for complex orders, credit topics, and delivery issues; - Handle advanced order validation, special commercial terms, and financial approvals; - Coordinate priority deliveries with Logistics and resolve high-impact operational issues; - Oversee documentation quality for complex transactions and ensure audit readiness; - Monitor high-risk receivables and support Finance in resolving disputes; - Lead stock analysis and align with Sales/SCM on inventory optimization.
