The Senior Workday Reporting Analyst is the strategic owner of all reporting, analytics, and dashboarding within Workday. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights across the organization—supporting HR, Finance, and executive leadership (including ELT and Board-level reporting). This individual will transform reporting from a transactional function into a scalable, governed, and insight-driven capability.
