Join Utz as a Human Resources Generalist and help create a positive, high-performing experience for associates across our Kings Mountain and Gastonia, NC facilities. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish . In this customer-focused HR role, you’ll partner with leaders and associates at all levels to support core people programs including onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, training, benefits and payroll support, communications, and safety. What You’ll Do: - Partner with HR leaders and plant management to support people initiatives that align with business goals and strengthen the associate experience. - Serve as a visible, approachable HR presence on the plant floor and in warehouse areas, helping associates navigate questions, policies, and workplace concerns. - Support two North Carolina locations—Kings Mountain and Gastonia—with travel between sites as needed. - Lead onboarding activities, including weekly associate orientations, and partner with staffing agencies to address hiring needs....
