Job Details: Position Information Role Level: Entry-Level: Compensation Type: Salaried: Shift: First Shift: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Additional Requirements: Occasional weekend work required (approximately 2–3 weekends per year Position Summary: This position is responsible for leading and directing a team to achieve GGP farm objectives. The role focuses on meeting production and compliance goals, developing a qualified and effective workforce, maintaining strong employee relations, and ensuring efficient operations within budget and infrastructure standards. Essential Functions: Achieve established production objectives. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Develop, coach, and maintain a qualified and effective team. Foster positive employee relations. Compile, analyze, and interpret flock production system data. Operate within established operational and capital budget guidelines. Ensure farm infrastructure is effectively maintained.
