Your role on the team: (job description) - Structures, drafts, and negotiates complex commercial agreements and contracts. - Advises executives within the company and works alongside employees in the Contract Logistics, Transportation Management, and international business units in addition to Corporate Support functions. - Advises executive team on contract statuses and legal risks in new commercial ventures. - Manages various projects and deadlines. - Provides training and development support to Paralegals within the department. - Maintains strong working knowledge of legislative changes that may affect company, customers, and/or affiliates. - Performs pre-litigation work to minimize risks and maximize legal rights. - Effectively communicates legal risks with executive staff.
