ROLE OVERVIEW: Responsible to supervise and coordinate transportation processes and people to ensure timely delivery of needed products and equipment which include yellow iron and crusher/hot plant equipment moves, aggregate/hot mix hauling. EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: - 3-5 years of trucking supervisor experience preferred - 3-4 years of dispatch supervisor experience - Ability to hold and maintain a Class A or B CDL license in accordance with all state and federal DOT/FMCSA regulations - General education, grammar and arithmetic, GED or high school diploma or equivalent. - Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays. COMPENSATION: $80,000 - $95,000 per year BENEFITS: - Supervise drivers associated with trucking operations.
