Agency Asset Manager I The Principal Associate plays a key role responsible for managing all aspects of an assigned portfolio of multifamily agency loans, with primary focus on monitoring risk while providing exceptional customer service. This position will be a member of the Agency Finance Asset Management team, primarily focused on Freddie Mac loans and report into a Senior Manager. Responsibilities: Analyze financial statements and property operating statements Conduct property inspections: Review reserve draws: Process lender consent requests, including related review of loan documents and other agreements Manage client relationships, providing excellent customer servicing while enforcing loan document/lender requirements. Perform ongoing risk analysis, ensuring timely risk detection and appropriate monitoring Identify CREFC watchlist triggers and prepare investor comments for assigned portfolio Prepare loan and portfolio level status reports Comply with all Investor monitoring and reporting requirements Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or military experience At least 4 years of experience in commercial real estate At least 3 years of GSE experience (Fannie Mae or Freddi...
