Job Title Director - Academic Support and Retention Programs Department: Vice Provost for Student Success: Salary: $73,957 - $93,062; commensurate with experience Job Summary/Basic Function: The Director of Academic Support and Retention Programs is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing academic learning support components (such as tutoring and supplemental instruction) and retention programs. This role ensures that programs align with institutional goals to enhance student learning, persistence, and degree completion.
