POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of a Pharmacy Operations Manager, the Technician Supervisor follows the policies and procedures to perform technical, clinical, and administrative services that are integral to the operation of the pharmacy department. Oversees the work of a team of Pharmacy Technicians; develops work schedules, and trains pharmacy support staff. He or she maintain the daily operations throughout the Inpatient Pharmacy including supervising personnel, coordinating with central pharmacy staff, and ensuring that high quality, safe, and timely medication products are provided to BMC patients. Performs a variety of technical and clerical support tasks.
