What success looks like in this role: Unisys is seeking a dynamic and experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) Manager. The OCM Manager leads the design, governance, and delivery of organisational change strategies that enable leaders, teams, and organisations to successfully adopt change across business processes, systems, technology, and operating models. Key Responsibilities: Change Strategy & Delivery: Own and lead the end-to-end change strategy and delivery plan aligned to program objectives, business outcomes, and stakeholder needs. Direct change impact, readiness, and risk assessments; translate insights into priorities, sequencing, and executive recommendations. Define and govern integrated change strategies (communications, engagement, training, resistance management, sponsor roadmap) and ensure alignment to overall program plans. Anticipate adoption risks and organisational constraints; escalate and resolve key issues with sponsors, leaders, and governance forums.
