Key Responsibilities: 1. Staff Supervision: - Lead and motivate the team during shifts, ensuring that all employees perform their roles effectively. - Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed efficiently and to company standards. - Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance their performance. - Assist with staff training, ensuring new employees are properly oriented and existing employees follow operational procedures. 2. Customer Service: - Ensure that customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service at all times. - Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, striving to resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction. - Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness and that customers’ needs are being met. - Assist with taking orders, preparing food, and fulfilling customer requests when necessary. 3.
